The general formula of line profiles has been derived based on the radial velocity the standard thin disk fluid around a rotating black hole. The line profiles were calculated under different parameters, using ray tracing methods. Comparing with the line profiles with and without radial velocity, in most cases, the effects of radial velocity on line profiles can not be neglected.
