通过向纯体系铝酸钙炉渣中添加MgO,研究了不同MgO含量对铝酸钙炉渣氧化铝浸出和自粉性能的影响,并通过XRD等分析手段初步探讨了作用机理。结果表明:铝酸钙炉渣中含有MgO时,会生成20CaO·13Al2O3·3MgO·3SiO2,当MgO含量大于2%后,Al2O3在炉渣中的赋存状态主要为20CaO·13Al2O3·3MgO·3SiO2。添加MgO对铝酸钙炉渣的粒度影响不大,当MgO添加量达到4%时,炉渣的自粉率仍在92%以上。随着MgO添加量的增大,铝酸钙炉渣的氧化铝浸出性能明显下降。20CaO·13Al2O3·3MgO·3SiO2可溶于碳酸钠溶液,但其氧化铝的浸出性能远低于12CaO·7Al2O3。
Effect of MgO content on Al2O3 leaching rate and self-disintegrating rate of calcium aluminate slag was studied by adding MgO into pure calcium aluminate slag. And the reaction mechanism was also discussed by XRD analysis initially. The results indicate that: The phase 20CaO· 13Al2O3 · 3MgO·3SiO2 was formed when there was MgO in calcium aluminate slag. The occurrence state of Al2O3 in calcium aluminate slag was 20CaO· 13Al2O3·3MgO·3SiO2 when MgO content increased to more than 2%. MgO had little effect on granularity of calcium aluminate slag. The self- disintegrating rate could still achieve 92 % when MgO content was 4 %. The leaching rate of calcium aluminate slag was obviously decreased with the increase of MgO Content. The phase of 20CaO· 13Al2O3·13MgO· 3SiO2 could dissolve in sodium carbonate solution, but its property of Al2O3 leaching was much lower than 12CaO· 7Al2O3.
