通过公路路网养护决策目标的确定以及养护周期、路况水平及投资控制等约束条件的选择,建立了0-1整数规划的路网养护模型,选定了典型的路面养护维修方案,分析了各维修方案的造价水平和对路况性能指标的改善等主要参数.经采用局部路网的三年养护规划进行分析,验证了该路网养护决策模型的准确性和可行性.
A 0-1 integer programming model for maintenance decision-making of highway network was established after the determination of maintenance decision-making objectives and selection of constraints including maintenance period, road condition and investment controlling. Furthermore, some main parameters such as typical maintenance and rehabilitation scheme, their cost level and the improvement to pavement performance were proposed. In the end, the accurate and feasibility of this model was verified based on the analysis of three-year maintenance planning in a local highway network.
