通过文献资料法和比较分析法等方法，对中、日两国青少年足球运动政策实施情况、赛制制定情况、教练员队伍情况、基础设施建设状况以及近年来少年国家队比赛成绩等进行对比分析，目的在于找出我国青少年足球、校园足球运动发展中的不足之处，为我国青少年校园足球的实践与发展提供理论依据和研究参考。研究结论表明：我国校园足球发展政策有待进一步完善，计划的实施也需要各方支持与监督；我国青少年足球赛制开展范围有待进一步扩大，开展活动要更进一步深入；我国青少年足球教练员队伍水平参差不齐，理论水平有待提高；校园足球的发展需要足够的财力支持。
英文摘要：
By means of documents and comparative analysis, carry out comparative analysis on the policy performance of teenage football sports in China and Japan, the situation of competition system formulation, the situation of coach team, the condition of infrastructure construction, the game results of national teenage team and so on, in order to find out shortcomings of teenage football and campus football＇ s development in our country, and to provide theoretical foundation and research reference to our country teenage campus football＇ s practice and development. The research conclusions show that the policies of campus football＇ s development in our country need to be supplemented and perfected, the implement of the plan also needs supports and controls by each side. The development scope of our country＇ s youth football game system should be expanded farther, and the activities need to be carried＇ out more deeply. The level of coach team is irregular and theoretical level needs to be improved. The development of campus football needs support of sufficient financial resources.
