采用专用实验设备对直线滚动滚子导轨进行加速实验,对实验结果进行2个参数和3个参数的韦布尔分布以及对数正态分布的对比分析。结果表明:引入最小寿命值γ,采用韦布尔斜率m=27/20,负载寿命指数10/3的3个参数的韦布尔分布拟合性最佳,对数正态分布其次,2个参数的韦布尔分布最差;在实际使用中,直线滚动滚子导轨疲劳剥落通常发生在滑块滚道直线段与反向器交界处偏直线段一侧;理论计算的额定动载荷与实验值吻合度很高。
The acceleration experiment of linear motion roller guide with cage was carried out with special purpose eqlfipment. The test data such as the two and three parameters of Weibull distributions, and the log-normal distribution were used for analyzing with comparison. The results show that the best fit was achieved by the three parameter Weibull distribution with the minimum life T intro- duced, Weibull slope of m = 27/20 used, and loading life exponent of 10/3, the log-normal distribution second, and the two parameter third. In practical application, the fatigue spallings of the linear motion roller guide were generally occurred on a position a little bit in- side of the straight line portion at the intersection of the raceway surface of the carriage and the inverting device. The dynamic load rat- ings evaluated theoretically are fit well to the life test results.
