从横向和纵向视角研究了供应链开展绿色合作的影响因素，通过对湖北省四家产业集群的制造企业进行问卷调查，获得了168份有效问卷。运用SPSS14．0和结构方程模型对基础性合作关系、供应链横向绿色合作、供应链纵向绿色合作和绿色合作与绩效关系进行了验证性因子分析，并给出了它们之间的结构方程路径图。研究结果表明，列出的变量之间存在着较强的相关性，证实了研究提出的假设，为探索集群式供应链开展绿色合作的理论研究和实际应用提供了支持性的论据。

英文摘要：

This paper analyzes the affecting factors of supply chain green cooperation from both horizontal and perpendicular dimensions. Through the data collecting from four industrial clusters of Hubei Province, it obtaines 168 valid questionnaires. Based on these, the statistics tools SPSS14.0 is used and the structural equation model is introduced to make factor analysis, and then it puts out the route picture of structure equation. Results show that basic cooperative relationship and green cooperation of cluster supply chain has a very positive connection with green cooperative performance variable, it also proves the hypothesis in this paper.
