低气压下长串绝缘子的直流污闪特性

为了解污秽和高海拔对正在建设的云广±800kV直流特高压线路外绝缘面临的综合影响,利用大型多功能人工气候室进行了低气压下XZP-210绝缘子长串直流污秽闪络特性试验研究,确定了利用人工气候室模拟高海拔进行污闪试验的方法。研究表明:海拔232m~3km且盐密为0.03~0.15mg/cm2时,XZP-210绝缘子直流污闪电压与串长呈线性关系;绝缘子直流污秽闪络电压与污秽满足负幂指数函数关系,其污秽影响特征指数b值为0.337~0.352,且受气压的影响;直流污秽绝缘子闪络电压随气压的降低而降低,其气压影响特征指数n为0.35~0.42,且污秽越重,n值越小。

In accordance with the combined influence of pollution and high altitude on the external insulations for the ±800kV ultra high voltage (UHV) transmission lines being built in China, by means of large muhifunctional phytotron, the pollution flashover performance of long string of XZP-210 insulators in low atmosphere pressure circumstance was tested and researched, and the approach to simulate the condition of high altitude for pollution flashover testing in phytotron was decided. Research results show that under the conditions that the altitude is from 232 m to 3 km and salt deposit density {SDD) is from 0.03 mg/cm^2 to 0.15 mg/cm^2 , the relation between the DC pollution flashover voltage of XZP-210 insulator and the length of insulator string is linear; the relation between DC pollution flashover voltage of XZP-210 insulator and the pollution influencing characteristic value is an exponential function with negative power, and the pollution influencing characteristic value is from 0. 337 to 0. 252 and depends on atmosphere pressure,the DC pollution flashover voltage of XZP-210 insulator decreases with the decrease of atmosphere pressure, and the atmosphere pressure influencing characteristic value is from 0.35 to 0.42. Moreover, the more severe the pollution, the less atmosphere pressure influencs characteristic value.
