硫化铜(CuS)纳米材料是一种性质优越的半导体材料,具有禁带宽度较窄的显著特征,广泛应用于光催化及光电转化领域。目前,国内外学者已开发多种不同的合成方法,制备出了尺寸不同、形貌各异的CuS纳米材料,对其在光催化、锂离子电池和电化学传感器等方面的应用进行了深入研究。总结了现已见诸报道的众多制备方法,综述了CuS纳米材料在不同领域的应用,对其未来发展进行了展望。
Copper sulfide(CuS)is one of the intensively studied semiconductors due to its unique physical and chemical properties and its potential application in photocatalysis and photoelectric conversion.Till now,CuS nanomaterials with different morphologies have been prepared by various methods.The application of CuS in the photocatalysis,Li-ion battery,electrochemical sensing and many other fields were reviewed.The prospects of its development trend were also mentioned.
