根据第三方物流企业在供应链运营中所发挥的不同角色，把具有资金约束供应链分为三种类型的系统结构：传统结构，代理结构和控制结构．分析了三种结构下相关企业的金融和运营决策问题．分析结果表明：1）由于信息不对称，在传统结构中，融资服务不能为资金约束供应链创造价值，然而在代理结构和控制结构中，融资服务以及第三方物流企业的运作将为资金约束供应链创造新的价值；2）在第三方物流企业三种类型的角色中，控制角色是资金不足供应链中最优的角色．
英文摘要：
Based on the different roles of 3PL （third party logistics） firms in a capital-constrained supply chain, this paper divides the structures of supply chain into three different types ： convention model, delegation model, and control model, and investigates the operational and financial decisions of firms under the rupply chain with different type. and investigates the operational and financial decisions of firms under the supply chain with different type. The paper shows that the financing service can not create value for the capital -constrained supply chain under convention model with the asymmetric information, while financing service with the support from 3PL firm in both delegation and control models could create value for the supply chain with capital constraints. Furthermore, the paper shows that the role of control mode for the 3PL firm is the optimal role in the capital-constrained supply chain, compared with the other two roles.
