研究了一类具有垂直传染的SEIR传染病模型，得到了地方病平衡点存在的阈值R0当R0〈1时，仅存在无病平衡点且局部渐近稳定；当R0〉1时，除存在不稳定的无病平衡点外，还存在唯一的正地方病平衡点且局部渐近稳定．

英文摘要：

We discussed a SEIR epidemic model with vertical transmission and obtained the threshold value R0 of the endemic equilibrium. When R0 〈 1, only disease free equilibrium exists and it is local asymptotic stable ; When R0 〉 1, not only the unstable disease free equilibrium exits, but also the positive endemic equilibrium, which is local asymptotic stable.
