This paper constructs a basic frame and operation mechanism of agricultural products modem circulation system from the marketing channel system, circulation organization system, circulation service system and circulation quality security system based on the main line of circulation integration and informatization, the core of innovating the existing agricultural product circulation system, and the key of improving the agricultural product circulation management. Finally, the achievement path and public policy recommendations of improving the agricultural products modern circulation system construction are nut forward.
