目的观察与研究小针刀加鞘内封闭加中药外敷治疗缩窄性腱鞘炎的效果。方法选择2012年6～12月来本院治疗的缩窄性腱鞘炎患者80例，将其随机分为观察组40例与对照组40例。两组患者均接受小针刀加鞘内封闭治疗，之后观察组患者接受中药外敷治疗，比较两组患者的近期及随访6个月后的远期疗效。结果观察组患者的治愈率为97．5％，远期随访的复发率为2．6％；对照组患者的治愈率为65．0％，远期随访的复发率为38．5％，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论小针刀加鞘内封闭加中药外敷治疗缩窄性腱鞘炎效果良好。
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the small needle knife and intrathecal blocking adds herbal penetration therapy in treatment of stenosing tenovaginitis. Methods Eighty cases with stenosing tenovaginitis in our hospital from June to December 2012 were randomly assigned to observation group and control group, and 40 cases in each group. All patients were received the small needle knife and intrathecal blocking treatment, patients in observation group were given external application of Chinese medicine. The short-term and long-term effects were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate and the recurrence rate at long-term follow-up were 97.5% and 2.5% respectively in the observation group and 65.0% and 37.5% respectively in the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Condusion Small needle knife and intrathecal blocking adds herbal penetration therapy in treatment of stenosing tenovaginitis have a good effect.
