目的调查电焊在铁路建设施工中的应用环节及产生的职业病危害因素,分析其对劳动者健康的危害程度,提出防护对策建议。方法对铁路建设施工现场电焊岗位进行职业卫生学调查及工作场所职业病危害因素检测。结果铁路建设施工现场电焊岗位接触的电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物、噪声等职业病危害因素的浓度或强度存在超过国家职业卫生标准限值的现象。结论铁路建设施工中电焊岗位应加强个体防护。
Objective To investigate the application and the occupational hazards of welding in railway construction,and analyze the hazardous degree to the health of workers. Methods Occupational health investigation and occupational hazards in welding workplace were detected. Results The concentration and intensity of occupational hazards,such as welding fume,manganese and inorganic compounds,and noise were found to be higher than the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The individual protection should be strengthened in the welding position of railway construction.
