产业集聚困境研究已经成为学术界研究的前沿领域,本文对国内外产业集聚困境研究进行综述,对我国产业集聚困境未来的研究方向进行展望。研究发现,国内外学者对于产业集聚困境的研究内容和研究方法存在较大差别。国外学者主要利用新经济地理学方法,研究欧洲联盟（EU）一体化过程中各种形式的集聚不公平的集聚困境;国内学者则利用传统的经济学方法,研究我国快速工业化和城市化过程中产业集聚引致的盲目性、无序性和掠夺性等形式的集聚困境。我国未来产业集聚困境研究将主要集中在产业集聚困境的资源环境约束、产业集聚困境的认知行为偏差以及资源环境约束、认知行为偏差和产业集聚困境间相互作用机理等方面。

英文摘要：

The study of industrial agglomeration dilemma has become a frontier problem in academic field.The article reviews the study of industrial agglomeration dilemma from home and abroad and outlooks the direction of future researches in China.The article finds that there exists much difference in research contents and methods between domestic and foreign scholars.Foreign scholars investigate various forms of agglomeration dilemma agglomeration inequality mainly in the integration process of European Union（EU） using the method of New Economic Geography.Domestic scholars research the agglomeration dilemma in the form of blind,out-of-order and predacity caused by the industrial agglomeration in the process of rapid industrialization and urbanization in China,using the method of traditional economics.Future study of industrial agglomeration dilemma in China will mainly focus on constraint of resource and environment,cognitive and behavior bias and interacting mechanism among the constraints of resource and environment,cognitive and behavior bias and industrial agglomeration dilemma.
