可耗竭资源型企业转移区位选择行为既是一个新兴的现实问题，又是一个理论前沿问题。本文基于系统工程思想，运用综合分析与逻辑归纳相结合的方法，从企业转移行为与区位选择行为相互耦合的两部分人手，系统地梳理了可耗竭资源型企业转移区位选择行为的研究视角、基本脉络、主要内容和基本结论。通过比较、分析已有研究的四个方面的特点、局限和破缺，提出了未来进一步研究的方向。
英文摘要：
Inter-regional location shifting action of exhaustible resource enterprises is both a realistic issue and a frontier theoretical issue. This study researches into the theoretical and realistic significance of this issue. It follows the track of the content of the research and probes into this issue from the perspectives of both inter-regional shitting action and location selecting action of exhaustible resource enterprises. This thesis gives a systematic study into the researching aspects of the issue, the basic vein of thought and researching methods. It compares and analyzes four characteristics of the existing researches, their limitations and defects.On this basis, the present study points out the direction of future research.
