利用乳酸细菌分离培养基瘤胃耐酸乳酸杆菌进行分离，革兰氏染色、生化鉴定、形态学观察初步鉴定，16Sr—RNA进行最终鉴定。结果表明，分离鉴定8株乳酸杆菌，其中2株为瘤胃内首次分离鉴定的乳酸杆菌新菌株——粘膜乳杆菌，并且其中1株能够在pH3．24生长，具有很强的耐酸性。旨在为克隆耐酸基因、研制瘤胃微生态制剂打下基础。
英文摘要：
Isolation and identification the acid-tolerant Lactobacilli in the rumen for cloning the acid-tolerant gene and preparing the rumen probiotics. The isolation medium was used to isolatate the Lactobacilli,and the Gram stai ning,biochemistry identification,morphology observation and the 16 S rRNA phylogenetic analysis were used to identify the bacteria. 8 strains were identified and two new strains of Lactobacilli were identified for the first time in the rumen,and one of them have the strong acid-tolerance for it can grow at pH3.24.
