选取一种商业活性炭,采用质量分数为1%的NH4Cl溶液对其浸渍改性,在固定床汞吸附实验台上研究了烟气中O2、CO2、SO2、NO、HCl等组分及各组分体积分数对改性后活性炭吸附脱汞的单一影响规律。结果表明:O2、CO2有一定促进作用,且随O2和CO2体积分数升高,促进汞脱除效果逐渐增强;不同体积分数SO2气氛对NH4C1改性活性炭汞吸附能力的影响均呈现先促进后抑制的趋势;NO、HCl能提高NH4C1改性活性炭吸附脱汞的能力,但脱汞能力对NO、HCl体积分数变化不敏感。
A kind of commercial activated carbon was chosen that was modified by 1% ammonium chloride solution. Effect of flue gas components (O2, CO2, SO2, NO, HC1) and their volume fraction on mercury removal by the modified activated carbon was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. The results show that O2 and CO2 can partly promote the modified activated carbon's mercury removal rate. In addition, the mercury removal efficiency increases along with O2 and CO2 volume fraction. In the atmosphere of different SO2 volume fraction, the mercury removal capacity of modified activated carbon is firstly improved but inhibited soon afterwards. Both NO and HC1 can also enhance the mercury adsorption ability of modified activated carbon, which, however, is insensitive to the change of NO or HC1 volume fraction.
