目的分析优质护理服务对妇科腹腔镜手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪和术后疼痛的影响,为临床护理提供参考。方法选取该院妇科2012年6月—2014年12月采取腹腔镜手术患者172例为研究对象,依照护理模式的不同分为观察组和对照组各86例,观察组患者给予优质护理服务,对照组患者给予常规护理模式,分析二组患者疼痛情况以及抑郁情绪变化等。结果护理前,二组患者抑郁和焦虑评分差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05,经过一段时间的护理,二组患者抑郁焦虑评分均明显下降,观察组患者抑郁SDS评分（36.19±4.37）和SAS评分（36.37±5.94）明显低于对照组SDS评分（47.62±7.18）和SAS评分（48.61±3.82）,P〈0.05,观察组患者术后2h,术后1、3、5d疼痛程度VAS评分均明显低于对照组,P〈0.05,观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间等明显短于对照组,P〈0.05,观察组患者依从性明显高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论在腹腔镜手术患者护理中,采用优质护理服务能够明显改善患者抑郁情绪,提高患者依从性和护理满意度,具有使用价值。

英文摘要：

Objective To inverstigate the intervention efficacy of high-quality nursing care in anxiety and depression and post-operative pain for patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 172 patients who underwent laparosopy from June 2012 to December 2014 in hospital were enrolled in the study,and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,86 cases in esch group,the control group were given with the conventional nursing interventions,while the study group treated with the high-quality nursing interventions,then the patients＇ satisfaction,the degree of pain,score of anxiety scale and score of depression scale,the nursiung dffect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before the nursing care,depression and anxiety scores in patients with were no significant differences between groups,P〉0.05,after a period of care,depression and anxiety scores were significantly decreased,SDS depression scores of patients in the study group（36.19±4.37）and SAS scores（36.37±5.94）were significantly lower than the control group SDS score（47.62±7.18）and SAS scores（48.61±3.82）,P〈0.05.VAS pain scores in the study group at 2h,after one day,three days,five days were lower than the control group,P〈0.05;Recovery time of bowel sounds,ambulation time in study group were significantly shorter than the control group,P〈0.05;Compliance in the study group was higher than control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion The high-quality nursing interventions in patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery has a good application effect,and can improve the patients clinical nursing satisfaction,relievens the patients anxiety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
