Based on the difficulty to compute the discrete logarithm problem, a new proxy blind signature scheme with message recovery was proposed. In the scheme, only the designated verifier can recover the message and verify the signature. Analyzing the security and computational efficiency of the scheme shows that the scheme not only satisfies verifiability, strong unforgeability, unlinkahility, privacy and other security requirements, but also has better computational efficiency. In other words, the proposed scheme is an efficient and secure proxy strong blind signature scheme.
