为了提高常规油漆的耐磨性能,在醇酸油漆基础上添加不同比例的石墨粉、MoS2粉和滑石粉,制备出自润滑颗粒增强油漆。利用摩擦磨损试验机,进行清水润滑条件下的摩擦磨损试验。试验结果表明,添加各种自润滑颗粒油漆的摩擦系数和磨损量均明显下降,最好配比为10wt.%MoS2 +油漆,其磨损量为醇酸油漆磨损量的五分之一。
In order to improve wear resistance of general paint, several kinds of self-lubricating powder reinforced paint were produced by means of adding graphite powder, MoS2 powder and talc powder with different mixture ratio into alkyd paint. A wear tester with water lubrication was used to test the friction behavior of powder reinforced paint. The results of experiments indicate that the friction coefficient and worn loss of self-lubricating powder reinforced paint decrease obviously. The optimal mixture r~,tio of reinforced paint is 10wt. % MoS2 powder + paint. Its worn loss is one fifth of that of the alkyd paint.
