高温及双向约束下岩石膨胀应力测试装置的研制

关于高温及双向约束下岩石的膨胀力的研究并没有完善的、现成的仪器设备可以用,为研究煤炭地下气化炉项、底板岩石在高温下的膨胀力与温度的关系,本文研制了双向约束框架.文中主要结合高温及双向约束下岩石试件的膨胀特点进行了岩石试件膨胀力计算,对框架结构进行了参数选取、计算模型简化、变形验算、强度验算,并按照机械设计规范对双向约束框架的某些部件选取规格,此装置和静态应变仪、压力传感器结合使用可以用来测试高达900℃时岩石的双向约束下的膨胀力.

英文摘要:

With regard to the research on the expansibility of rock with both directions restricted, there is no ready and perfect apparatus to use. In order to obtain the relations between expansibility of temperature and rock which belong to roof and motherboard of stove used for subterranean gasification of coal, the both direction restriction frame is developed in the paper. Pansibility of rock sample was calculated integrating to expanding characteristic, parameter of the frame was choosed, calculation model was predigested, distortion, and intension were checked. Then, some parts' tandard of the frame were selected according to mechanism design criterion. The apparatus could be used to test the expansibility of rock which is under 900℃ combined with static state strain apparatus and stress sensor.
