研究于 2010年对昆明市近郊大棚和露地辣椒植株上的西花蓟马的种群动态和空间分布进行了调查。结果表明:大棚内更适合西花蓟马生存,降雨可明显降低露地辣椒上西花蓟马的种群数量。辣椒开花期,西花蓟马种群数量迅速上升,成虫数量在盛花期达最大值,为平均 735头/朵花,而若虫数量在末花期达最大(79头/朵花);西花蓟马成虫在辣椒上部叶的种群密度明显高于中、下部,而其若虫数量以辣椒中部叶片最多。运用聚集度指标、Taylor方法和 Iwao的 M-m方法进行空间分布检测结果表明,西花蓟马主要集中在辣椒花朵,其成虫、若虫的个体间相互吸引,存在个体群;其空间分布型均为聚集分布,聚集程度随密度升高而增大
The population dynamics and spatial distribution of the western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) on the pepper planting in greenhouse and open field were investigated in the suburb of Kunming. The results showed that the population dynamics of F. occidentalis on peppers in open field was influenced by the rainfall, greenhouse maybe the more suitable living place for F. occidentalis. During the flowering period of pepper, the population of F. occidentalis increased rapidly, the maximum population of adult was investigated in the blooming stage of pepper, with average of 7. 35 individuals per flower; and the highest density of nymphs was found in the end florescence stage of pepper (7.9 individuals/flower). The adults of F. occldentalis on the upper leaves of pepper were significantly higher than those on the middle and the bottom leaves, while the nymphs of F. occidentalis on the middle leaves of pepper was the most. The methods of aggregate indexes, Taylor and Iwao models were used to test the spatial distribution of F. occidentalis on the pepper plant, and results showed that both of adults and nymphs of F. occidentalis in the flower of pepper was aggregate, and thedegree of aggregation increased with the density.
