英文摘要：

Based on the postulated mediating effect of knowledge resource acquiring and moderating effect of environmental uncertainty,this paper discusses the relationship between alliance network and enterprise competitive advantage.Based on survey data form 195 high-tech enterprises,it applies regression analysis to test the hypotheses.The result shows that ties strength of alliance network and central network position have significant positive effect on enterprise competitive advantage,and knowledge resource acquiring mediates the effect.Moreover,environmental competitiveness positively moderates the relationship between ties strength of alliance network and enterprise competitive advantage;environmental dynamics positively moderates the relationship between central network position and enterprise competitive advantage.
