合成了由3,6-二氨基吖啶(3,6-diaminoacridinum,DAA)和对苯二甲酸(benzene-1,4-dicarboxyfic acid,H2BDC)共同构建的超分子有机晶体[(HDAA)2(BDC)(H2BDC)](1),通过元素分析和单晶X射线衍射对化合物进行了表征。单晶X射线衍射分析表明超分子化合物1属于三斜晶系,P-1空间群,a=1.2735(3)nm,b=1.6441(3)nm,c=1.8771(4)nm,V=3.4546(12)nm^3,Z=4,R1=0.0668,wR2=0.1260。在晶体结构1中,2个H2BDC分子通过O-H…O氢键与一个BDC相连接形成了一维的(H2BDC)2·BDC-(H2BDC)2链状结构,质子化的DAA分子(H2BDC)2-BDC-(H2BDC)2分子链结构通过N-H…O氢键作用相连接形成了二维层状结构。层与层之间通过氢键作用,最终组装成了三维的超分子结构。在结构内BDC间存在较强的π…π作用,苯环间的平均距离为0.3568nm;HDAA之间存在着π…π和C-H…π相互作用,将分子连接成带状结构。荧光光谱分析结果表明,1在紫外光的激发下有良好的发光特性。
A supramolecular complex [(HDAA)2(BDC)(H2BDC)](1)(DAA = 3,6-diarninoacridinum, H2BDC = benzene- 1,4-dicarboxylie acid) has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data of complex 1: Triclinic, P-1, a =1.273 5(3) nm, b =1.644 1 (3) nm, c =1.877 1 (4) nm, V =3.454 6(12) nm^3, Z =4, R1 = 0.066 8, wR2 = 0.126 0. There are intermoleeular hydrogen bonding interactions between two H2BDC moleculars and BDC resulting in one-dimensional chain structure. The chains are interconnected by the N - H…O hydrogen bonding to HDAA molecules leading to a two-dimensional layer, which are contacted by hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of supramolecular networks. π…π stacking interactions also occur in the 1. Distance between two layers is 0.356 8 nm. This complex shows photoluminescence property indicating that it may be applied in the development of luminescent materials.
