将自行研制的中性解吸电喷雾萃取电离源(ND·EESI)与ITQ-XL质谱仪耦合,结合主成分分析(Principal compo-nentsanalysis,PCA)方法,在无需样品预处理的条件下,通过直接分析不同饲料配比饲喂的乌鸡蛋蛋清和蛋黄样品,考查了不同饲料饲喂对鸡蛋品质的影响。结果表明,ND—EESI-MS技术结合PCA方法可以将不同饲料饲喂的鸡蛋黄样品区分开来,不同饲料配比饲喂对鸡蛋清的影响小于对鸡蛋黄的影响。ND.EESI.MS技术结合PCA方法可以从分子水平观察饲料添加对鸡蛋品质的微小影响,是一种强大的分析工具。
A home-made neutral desorption extractive electrospray ionization source (ND-EESI) coupled with a LTQ-MS has been employed for rapid characterization on the effects of different feed additives on the quality of dark egg, without any pretreatment. The dark egg yolk and egg white with different ratio of feed additives were an- alyzed directly using the ND-EESI-MS. The principal components analysis (PCA) was used to process the full scan mass spectrum data obtained by the ND-EESI-MS. Results showed that dark egg yolk samples with different ratio of feed additives could be differentiated using the ND-EESI-MS combined with PCA, and effects of different feed additives on the quality of egg white was not so significant than that of egg yolk samples. This indicates that the ND-EESI-MS combined with PCA is a power['ul tool in analytical science, which can provide a deep insight in- to the effects of different feed additives on the quality of dark egg at molecular level.
