低频超声促渗是经皮给药的重要方法之一,其主要机制是超声空化作用通过改变角质层脂质排列结构并形成水性通道来提高皮肤渗透性。近年来低频超声促渗相关的实验研究越来越多,本文围绕着超声促渗的机制、影响因素、超声与其他经皮给药技术联合应用、安全性等方面,介绍了低频超声促渗的研究进展,并对双频超声经皮渗透这一新的超声促渗技术给予了介绍。
Low-frequency sonophoresis is one of the important methods of transdermal drug delivery.The main mechanism is ultrasonic cavitation,which can improve the penetration of skin by altering the arrangement structure of cells and forming a water channel in stratum corneum.In recent years,the experimental study of low-frequency sonophoresis is becoming more popular.This article focus on the mechanism and influence factors of sonophoresis,combination of ultrasound and other transdermal drug delivery technologies,the safety and other aspects to introduce the progress of research on low-frequency sonophoresis.The dual frequency sonophoresis as a new ultrasonic penetration technology is also introduced.
