射线追踪的计算效率取决于射线管数量的大小,本文基于计算效率提出一种射线管分裂新技术——确定性射线管分裂法。通过与常见的两种射线追踪方法理论分析进行对比,给出需要追踪的射线管数量的解析式,表明该方法可以显著减少射线管数量。最后通过仿真计算验证了在相同追踪代数和预测精度条件下,确定性射线管分裂法具有花费CPU时间较少、计算效率较高的优点。
The calculation efficiency of ray tracing is dominated by the number of ray tubes. A novel technique of splitting ray tubes which is called deterministic method of splitting ray tubes is put forward. It is proved that the new method can decrease the number of ray tubes which is needed to trace in large degrees by theoretics analysis and the analytic formula compared with two familiar methods. Finally, the simulation results prove that it has merits of less CPU time and higher computing efficiency.
