压电陶瓷变压器(piezoelectric—transformer,PT)是通过机械振动传输电能。该文研究PT的模型和分析法。提出PT的功率传输模型,结合PT的效率公式和频率方程给出确定PT内部参数的方法。基于功率传输模型,提出PT变换器的撕裂分析法,即可将PT变换器分解成2个级联电路。研制一台输出功率为50W的样机,验证该文的主要结论。理论分析结果与仿真、实验结果相符,最大误差小于6%。该文所提出的功率传输模型和撕裂分析方法为研究PT变换器提供了实用分析方法。
Piezoelectric-transformer (PT) transmits electrical energy through mechanical vibration. A power model of PT and an analytic approach for PT converter was investigated in this paper. A power transmission model of PT was proposed and a method of finding out PT's internal parameters was developed by employing the PT's efficiency formula and frequency equations. Based on the power transmission model, a decomposition analytic approach for PT converter was given out to decompose a PT converter into two independent in cascading circuits. APT converter prototype with 50 Watts was built up to verify the proposed model and new analytic approach. The theoretic results are very well coincided with the simulation results and experimental results. The maximum error is less than 6%. And it proved that the proposed power transmission model and decomposition analytic approach are able to provide a powerful analytic approach for developing PT converter.
