采用常规石蜡切片技术,对沙葱大、小孢子的发生及雌、雄配子体的发育进行了研究。结果表明:(1)沙葱为两性花,其雄蕊发育早于雌蕊,但在开花后雌雄蕊发育趋于同步,当胚囊发育成熟,柱头可以接受花粉时,雌雄蕊发育达到同步。(2)沙葱小孢子母细胞减数分裂过程中的胞质分裂为连续型,其四分体多为左右对称型,少数为四面体型。(3)成熟的花粉为2-细胞型,花药壁由外向内分化为表皮、药室内壁、中层和绒毡层。(4)沙葱雌蕊为子房上位,中轴胎座,3心皮,3室,胚珠倒生,薄珠心,珠心表皮下的雌性孢原直接发育为大孢子母细胞。减数分裂产生二分体,合点端大孢子发育为功能大孢子,其雌配子体发育为葱型。
Using conventional paraffin sectioning technology,we studied the ontogeny of mega and microspore and the development of female and male gametophyte of Allium mongolicum Regel.The results show that:(1)The flower of A.mongolicum is bisexual flower,early in one flower,the development of stamen is earlier than that of pistil.Later when the blossoming,embryo sac matures and stigma accepts pollen,they are nearly synchronous at this time.(2)Cytokinesis of microsporocyte meiotic division is of successive type,tetrasporophyte is medially zygomorphic,a few is tetrad type.(3) Mature pollen grain is 2-celled type,the anther wall grows into epidermis,endothecium,middle lamella and tapetum from outside to inside.(4)The gynoecia of A.mongolicum has epigynous ovary,3 carpels,3 loculuses respectively with anatropous ovules which are thin nucellus,Female archesporium under nucellus' epidermis grows into megasporocyte directly.Meiosis generates dyad,the megaspore near chalazae is the functional one,female gametophyte grows into scallion-type.
