利用船模拖曳水池及自行开发的吊舱推进器测量系统,对双桨串列式吊舱推进器在直航及操舵工况下的水动力性能进行了模型试验研究.在进速系数为0∽1.08,舵角为0∽90°范围内测量了前后桨的推力和扭矩,以及吊舱单元(包括舱体及前后桨)整体推力、侧向力和转舵力矩.结果表明:前桨受吊舱舱体及后桨的影响较小,后桨则受前桨及舱体的影响较大;吊舱推进器推力随舵角的增加而减小,侧向力及转舵力矩随舵角的增加而增加.
By using the ship model towing tanker and the self-developed podded propulsor measurement system,the hydrodynamics of a tandem podded propulsor unit in straight and azimuthing conditions were investigated.The thrust and torque of two propellers,axial force,side force as well as steering moment of pod unit(including pod,fore and aft propeller)were measured in the range of advance coefficient from 0to 1.08 combined with the range of deflection angles from 0°up to 90°.The results show that the pod has a great influence on aft propeller but little influence on fore propeller.With the increase of rudder angle,the axial thrust of pod unit show a decreasing tendency while the side force and steering moment increasing.
