针对半平行钢丝束内部断丝问题,提出了一整套考虑接触挤压传递规律和钢丝间摩擦效应的对称断丝计算理论模型.并依据半平行钢丝束内钢丝的排列和截面收缩规律,得到了拉索内部任意位置钢丝的轴力系数,以及内部钢丝之间挤压力传递规则.采用迭代法计算断丝周圈摩阻力及断丝内力变化,并沿钢丝逐步积分计算了断丝轴力恢复长度.采用该对称断丝理论模型分析了断丝及周圈钢丝内力重分布规律以及不同断丝参数下断丝轴力恢复长度的变化规律.研究成果提供了一种半平行钢丝束断丝效应的研究新方法.
A theoretical model was proposed to solve the symmetric wire break problems with the extrusion stress transfer characteristic and the friction resistance between adjacent wires taken into consideration.According to the wire arrangement and sectional Poisson compacting relation,a wire stretching force coefficient and the extrusion force transferring pattern were proposed and derived.Then the contact friction around the break wire was calculated by iterative method,and the recovery length was obtained through step-by-step integration.The wire force redistribu-tions in both the break wire and the surrounding wires were analyzed with the theoretical model,and the varying trends of recovery length with different break parameters were also studied and compared.The research provides a new approach to wire break problems in semi-parallel wire cable.
