溶剂热法制备ZnS:Cu及其光学性质

采用溶剂热法,在表面活性剂十六烷三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的作用下,制备了ZnS:Cu荧光粉体。分别考察了表面活性剂的用量、锌硫比、及Cu2+掺杂量对荧光粉晶型和发光性质的影响。通过X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和荧光分光光度计(PL)对合成的ZnS:Cu进行表征。结果表明,随着锌硫比的减少,衍射峰强度增大,结晶度增强,而其他条件的改变对ZnS晶型无明显影响。表面活性剂的用量、锌硫比、及Cu2+掺杂量对发光强度都有一定的影响。随着锌硫比的增大,发射峰强度有所增强且出现明显的蓝移,随着Cu2+掺杂量的增大,发光强度先增大后减小,当Cu2+掺杂量为0.2%(物质的量分数)时发光效果最好。随着表面活性剂用量的增加,发光强度先有明显的增强,随后又逐渐减弱,并且在n(Zn)∶n(CTAB)=100∶2时达到最强。

ZnS:Cu luminescent powders were prepared by solvothermal method in the role of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as surfactant.Effects of usage of surfactant,amount-of-substance ratio of Zn to S,and doping amount of Cu2+ on crystal form and photoluminescent properties of ZnS:Cu luminescent powders were investigated respectively.Synthesized product was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD) and fluorescence spectroscopy(PL).Results showed that with the decrease of amount-of-substance ratio of Zn to S the intensity of diffraction peak became stronger and degree of crystallinity was increased.But there was no obviously impact on crystal form with the other diversification conditions.Usage of surfactant,amount-of-substance ratio of Zn to S,and doping amount of Cu2+ all had a certain influence on luminescence intensity.With the increase of amount-of-substance ratio of Zn to S,emission peak had obviously blue shift and intensity thereof was stronger.Simultaneously,with the increase of doping amount of Cu2+,luminescence intensity increased at first and then decreased,and when doping amount of Cu2+ was 0.2%(amount-of-substance fraction),the luminescent effect was the best.Comparably,with the increased usage of surfactant the luminescence intensity significantly increased firstly,then gradually weakened,and when amount-of-substance ratio of CTAB to zinc was 100∶2 the luminescent effect was the strongest.
