介绍一种状态监测与智能诊断系统在高速线材精轧机组主电机上的开发与应用。采用了理论分析与现场实地测试两个途径交替进行的方法进行开发研究,并着重阐述了该系统的原理、体系结构及相关的软件开发。该体系结构主要功能已经在某厂高线精轧机组上成功应用,结果表明该系统具有良好的跨平台性、可扩展性、实时性和可靠性。
It introduced design and application of state monitoring and fanlt diagnosis system for main electromotor of high speed wire rolling sets. Using the theoretical analysis and field testing methods in research and development,and focuses on the principle of the system,architecture and related software development. The main function of architecture has been successfully applied in a factory-line finishing units, the results showed that the system has a good crass-platform,scalable ,real-time and reliability.
