目的探讨分级分区护理管理模式在急诊患者群体中的临床应用价值。方法选取2014年3月~2014年8月急诊患者200例为观察组,实施分级分区护理管理模式;以2013年9月~2014年2月行常规护理管理模式的急诊患者200例为对照组,对比两组患者的急救成功率,两组护理工作落实合格率,两组患者的满意度以及两组护理工作处理时间情况。结果观察组的急救成功率、工作落实合格率、患者护理满意度均显著高于对照组,且护理工作处理时间明显缩短,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论实施分级分区护理管理模式,可有效提高护理质量及患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the nursing value of grading and zoning nursing management mode on emergency patients. Methods 200 emergency patients from March 2014 to August 2014 were selected as observation group treated with grading and zoning nursing management mode. 200 emergency patients from September 2013 to February 2013 were selected as control group treated with routine nursing. The success rate of first aid, qualification rate of nursing, pa- tients' satisfaction and nursing process time were observed. Results The success rate of first aid, qualification rate of nursing and patients' satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group. The nurs- ing process time nursing of observation group was shorter than that of control group. Conclusion Grading and zoning nursing management mode can effectively improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction.
