载流管路中的液流压力脉动是造成管路系统振动的主要原因,因此消减液流脉动对管路安全具有重要意义。本文根据声学滤波器的基本原理设计了一种新型实用的液流脉动衰减器,通过数值仿真软件FLUENT建立了该衰减器的二维非稳定流动模型,并推导了管路中柱塞泵输送液流的入口条件,分析了不同频率下衰减器的液流脉动衰减性能。在数值模拟的基础上制作了脉动衰减器的实物模型,设计并搭建了柱塞泵管路实验平台,对脉动衰减器的相关性能进行了试验研究。通过数值模拟结果和试验数据的对比分析,发现该液流脉动衰减器具有作用频带宽、液流脉动衰减效果好的特点。此外,该衰减器结构紧凑、安装维护简单,便于工程实际应用。
The flow pulsation in fluid-filled pipeline plays a key role in pipeline vibration .It is significant to reduce flow pulsa-tion for the safety of piping system .Based on the basic principles of acoustic filter ,an advanced and practical pressure pulsation attenuator was designed in this paper , whose two-dimensional unsteady flow model was established with CFD software FLUENT , in addition, the entrance conditions of plunger pumping pipeline was deduced .The attenuator performances with different frequen-cies were analyzed.A plunger pump experimental system was constructed and a physical model of the pulsation attenuator was made following the numerical simulation , moreover, the related properties of the flow pulsation attenuator was experimentally studied.Through the comparative analysis between numerical simulation results and experimental data ,it is found that this flow pulsation attenuator has the characteristics of wide frequency band and good attenuation effect .In addition, this attenuator is easy to install and maintain with its compact structure .It is convenient and reliable to the engineering applications .
