基于北京、上海、南京等6个城市的369名员工的问卷调查,考察了员工利他主义对团队凝聚力的影响及员工主动性在其中的中介作用。研究表明,员工利他主义对团队凝聚力有着显著的正向影响;员工利他主义通过员工主动性的中介作用影响团队凝聚力。研究结果对于企业团队文化的建设具有重要的借鉴意义,并为后续关于团队凝聚力与团队文化建设的研究提供了重要参考。
This study attempts to test the direct effects of employee altruism on team cohesion, and examine the mediating effects of employee initiative on the relationships between employee altruism and team cohesion by using data from a sample of 369 employees from 6 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing etc. The results reveal that employee altruism is positively associated with team cohesion, and employee initiative mediates the relationship between employee altruism and team cohesion. The empirical results provide important implications for the team culture built in the companies.
