以国内民营企业领导者为研究对象,采用深度案例的研究方法,探索企业家在企业发展过程中领导行为风格的演变历程以及导致领导行为风格演变的影响因素。研究发现,企业家在企业发展的不同阶段呈现出了多元化的领导风格,并且这些领导风格有着不同的演化轨迹。通过分析个体社会化历程,发现在领导岗位的初始阶段,影响企业家初期领导风格主要因素是企业家面对的情境因素和领导特质;而随着企业的发展,对于管理专业知识的学习、领导者面临的情境因素和基于领导经验的自我性反思共同作用影响了企业家领导行为风格的演变。
This paper draws on a longitudinal case study on a native leader in private enterprise to investigate the process and the influential factors on the evolution of entrepreneur' s leadership style. With the development of enterprise, the entrepre- neur demonstrates multiple leadership styles which evolve in different ways. ill points out that the leader trait and situation fac- tors have a joint effect on the leadership styles in the early leader stage, and the self-reflection based on experience, study on the professional knowledge of management and situation factors cluster to lead the evolution of entrepreneur' s leadership style.
