以CTAB(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)作为MMT(蒙脱土)的插层剂,通过改变CTAB掺量先制备插层效果不同的OMMT(有机蒙脱土);然后采用一步合成法制备了OMMT/UF(OMMT改性UF)胶粘剂,并以此胶粘剂压制MDF(中密度纤维板)。研究结果表明:随着CTAB掺量的不断增加,OMMT/UF胶粘剂的黏度、胶接强度基本上呈先升后降态势,游离F(甲醛)含量呈先降后升态势;当w(CTAB)=100%[相对于CEC(阳离子交换容量)质量而言]、OMMT在制备UF的第2阶段加入时,OMMT的改性效果相对最好,MDF的静曲强度、弹性模量和内结合强度均超过国家标准要求,F释放量达到E1级水平。
With CTAB(cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide)as intercalator of MMT(montmorillonite),theOMMTs(organic MMTs)with different intercalation effects were first prepared by changing CTAB contents. Then,the OMMT/UF(OMMT modified UF)adhesives were respectively prepared by one-step synthesis method,and theMDFs(medium density fiberboards)were respectively suppressed by these adhesives. The research results showedthat the viscosity and bonding strength of OMMT/UF adhesives had mainly the trend of rise-fall,but the freeF-content had the trend of fall-rise with increasing CTAB content. The OMMT had the relatively best modifiedeffect because the MDF’s static bending intensity,elastic modulus and internal bond strength were all abovenational standard requirements,and the F-emission reach E1-grade level when mass fraction of CTAB was 100% inCEC(cation exchange capacity),and the OMMT was introduced into system at the second stage of preparing UF.
