质子交换膜燃料电池是一种高效环保的发电技术,具有良好的应用前景.质子交换膜是其核心组件,目前商业化的全氟磺酸型质子交换膜材料存在成本高、无法高温操作和对环境有害等缺点,因此,开发新型的低成本、高性能的非氟质子交换膜成为研究的热点之一.介绍了非氟质子交换膜的开发以及对其进行改性的方法,同时还综述了非氟质子交换膜微观结构研究以及改性对其微观结构的影响.
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is a promising power generation technology due to its high efficiency and friendly to environment. Proton exchange membrane (PEM) is one of the key components of PEMFC. Many efforts have stimulated in the development of alternative non-fluorinated membrane materials with low cost and high properties because of the disadvantages of commercial perfluorosulfonic acid membranes, such as high cost, unrealized operation under high temperature and not kindly to environment. In this paper, the developments and further modifications of new non-fluorinated membranes are reviewed, and the studies on their microstructure and the effects of the modifications on their microstructure are illustrated as well.
