本文结合学科发展阐述了食品冷冻冷藏原理与技术课程教学方法与考核方式的改革,就注重以学生为中心,融合启发式、互动式、讨论式和多媒体等教学方式为一体,促进教学相长的教学方法进行了重点阐述。
Combined with the discipline development,the teaching methods and assessment methods of reform ofthe course of principle and technology of food freezing and cold store were described. The teaching methods were emphasedon taking the student as the center and integration of heuristic way and interactive way and discussion and multimediateaching methods,and promoting both teaching and learning.
