In the theory of enumerating maps, properly choosing a method for enumerating the maps is not only a simplification in processes but also a optimum in results. This paper just provides a parametric method for enumerating rooted 2-regular planar maps with the valency of root-vertex, the number of non-root vertecies and the valency of root-face as three parameters such that some enumerating results on the maps are simplified greatly.
