为研究4种不同蒙特卡罗程序FLUKA、GEANT4、EGS(包括EGS4和EGS5版本)的一致性及其差异,利用Crannell实验模型作为算例进行比较计算,并与实验结果进行比较。分别用4种程序模拟了能量为1GeV的电子束射入圆柱状铝靶中的粒子输运过程,得到了不同半径范围内的能量沉积百分比深度曲线。比较表明,4种程序得到的曲线基本一致,也与实验数据相符,其中,GEANT4的结果差异略大;4种程序花费的计算时间有较大差异,经分析,很可能是源于它们对电子输运过程的具体处理方法的不同。
In order to investigate the agreement and difference of four different MonteCarlo codes FLUKA, GEANT4 and EGS (EGS4 and EGS5 version), Crannell shower experiment model was used as a benchmark and the results from four codes were compared with experiment results. The particle transportation process when a 1 GeV electron beam hit an aluminum column target was simulated respectively with four codes. The energy deposition depth curves in different radial ranges were obtained. The comparison shows that the curves obtained with four codes agree with each other and conform the experiment results, and the result of GEANT4 has a slightly bigger difference. However, the difference of the calculation time is big. It may be due to the different methods in the electron transport simulation.
