谦卑领导行为和团队创新都是近年来广受关注的研究问题,虽然关于两者各自的研究较多,但尚未见到对他们之间关系的探讨。基于58个团队270名员工及其直属领导的配对样本,探讨了谦卑领导行为对团队创新的作用机制及其边界条件。结果表明,谦卑领导行为对团队创新具有显著的正向影响;团队行为整合在谦卑领导行为与团队创新关系中起中介作用;团队分配公平感在谦卑领导行为与团队行为整合的关系中起正向调节作用,并且进一步调节了团队行为整合在谦卑领导行为一团队创新关系中的中介作用,即在团队分配公平感高的情况下,团队行为整合中介谦卑领导行为与团队创新之间的关系。
Although humble leader behavior and team innovation have received much theoretical attention in recent years, little is known about the relationship between humble leader behavior and team innovation. To that end, using data from 58 teams with 270 members and their team leaders, we examined how humble leader behavior influenced team innovation, its underlying mechanism and boundary conditions. Results indicated that, humble leader behavior was positively related to team innovation, and team behavioral integration partially mediated this relationship. Team distributive justice moderated the effect of humble leader behavior on team behavioral integration, and it further moderated the meditation effect of team behavioral integration on the relationship between humble leader behavior and team innovation. Specifically, when the level of team distributive justice was high, team behavioral integration mediated the relationship between humble leadership and team innovation.
