在工艺设计过程中,换热的目的不仅是为了达到物流温度以满足工艺要求,而且也是为了回收过程余热,以减少公用工程消耗。在换热网络设计的过程中,往往会遇到能量回收"瓶颈"问题,限制了能量的进一步回收,因此,必须对换热网络进行优化。文章在大量文献基础上,对夹点设计法、数学规划法、人工智能法以及换热网络控制与工艺一体化设计法进行了详细分析和阐述,着重介绍了夹点设计法的设计过程,并得出多种优化方法的集成设计将成为今后换热网络优化设计的发展方向的结论。
In the process of craft design,the aim of the heat exchange is not only to achieve the logistics tempreature and meet the technological requirement,but also to recovery the waster heat so as to reduce the utility consumption.There is often exist the energy "bottleneck" problem during the design process of heat exchange network,which limits the further recovery of energy.Therefore,the heat exchange network must be optimized.On the basis of a huge amount of literatures,the methods of pinch point design,mathematical programming,artificial intelligenece method and heat exchange network control and process integration design have been analyzed and discussed.The paper mainly introduces the design propcess of pinch point design method.And reach the conclusion that integration of multiple optimization methods is the promising of the design for HEN in the future.
