为了推广一种新型横截面异形桩(X形桩)在高速公路等软基处理工程中的应用,对其极限荷载下桩端和桩侧土体破坏形式进行研究。首先基于透明土材料和粒子图像测速(PIV)技术,对等混凝土用量的X形桩和圆形桩竖向极限承载力特性进行了对比模型试验研究,分析了桩顶荷载-沉降规律、各级荷载下桩端和桩侧土体位移场的变化规律,以及极限荷载下桩端和桩侧土体的破坏形式;在此基础上分析了不同桩长下各类型桩的承载力与沉降特性。研究结果表明:X形桩的极限承载力约为等体积圆形桩的1.5倍;极限荷载作用下X形桩和圆形桩的桩端和桩侧土体破坏形式存在一定差异。
In order to extend the use of a new cross-section shaped pile (X-section pile) in the treatment of soft clay foundation in expressway, researches on failure modes of surrounding soil at pile tip and pile side under ultimate load were conducted. Contrast model tests were performed to study the vertical ultimate bearing capacities of X-section pile and circle pile with the same concrete usage, using transparent soil and particle image velocimetry (PIV) technique. Load- settlement at pile tip, change of surrounding soil displacement field under different loads, and surrounding soil failure modes at pile tip and pile side under ultimate load were analyzed. Based on these, the bearing capacities and settlements of piles influenced by pile length were analyzed. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of X-section pile is about 1.5 times of that of conventional circle pile, and the failure modes of surrounding soil for X-section pile is different from that of circle pile.
