光学系统的计算机辅助装调(CAA)技术自20世纪80年代提出,从90年代开始在各个国家得到发展并逐渐运用到各个领域。在此简要介绍了计算机辅助装调技术及其装调过程,并推导了CAA的数学模型。通过广泛调研国内外计算机辅助装调的发展与应用,比较了各国成功应用CAA技术完成的装调。分析了目前国内CAA技术的发展状况,对传统装调方法和CAA方法的适用情况做了比较,为我国计算机辅助装调提供借鉴。
The technology of computer aided alignment (CAA) of optical system was put forward in 1980s, and has been developed since 1990s and applied in different fields. The CAA technology and its alignment process are introduced briefly. The mathematic model of CAA is deduced. Through investigation for the development and application of CAA, some successful alignments at home and abroad are compared. The development status of CAA in China is analyzed. The adaptability of the traditional alignment method and CAA method are contrasted, and their application instances are also analyzed, which is useful for CAA development in China.
