Naringenin is an anti-inflammatory and anticancer drug, it can be widely used in the tields of mealcme, fooa etc. aurvey results indicate that （R）-naringenin and （S）-naringenin have different roles in medicine, so separating naringenin enantiomers has important application value. It can be better separated on Chiralpak AD column using methanol as mobile phase. In this paper, adsorption isotherm model and its parameters of naringenin enantiomers were determined by inverse method at 25℃.
