Based on the establishment of suitability impact factors of earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction,this paper elaborated how to conduct evaluation scientifically,objectively and effectively according to the factor conditions,to provide the basis of development and data endorsement.The suitability evaluation of earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction of comprehensive park was divided into 3steps：to ensure the weights relationship of each factor;to defined the standard of scoring of each factor;and to calculate the final score by the analysis of weighted overlay.
