随着人们生活方式和节奏的改变，肿瘤在我国的发病率呈现逐年递增趋势，正逐渐成为一个值得我们高度重视的公共卫生问题。现今临床对于肿瘤的治疗无论是良性肿瘤亦或是恶性肿瘤，往往都需要投入较巨大的社会医疗资源。现代医学对于肿瘤的治疗方法主要包括手术治疗、放疗及化疗等，虽可在一定程度上取得较为满意的治疗效果，但在治疗过程中或治疗后往往存在较为严重的不良反应或毒副作用。近年随着中医学相关治疗手段的介入和人们对于肿瘤治疗认识的转变，越来越多的医家和患者认识到中医药在肿瘤防治方面的重要性；针灸疗法作为祖国传统医学的一部分，历来受到医家的重视，随着针灸技术在肿瘤治疗中的不断应用，其治疗效果亦逐渐得到国内外医家的普遍认可。本文通过对近10年国内应用针灸对肿瘤治疗的临床报道类文献进行回顾性分析，总结针灸疗法在缓解肿瘤患者临床症状、改善术后不良反应及治疗术后并发症等各个方面的作用，并分别对其进行整理、评述，以探讨和挖掘针灸疗法在治疗过程中的内在应用价值；同时对针灸临床诊疗中存在的一些问题进行简要探析，防微杜渐，以期进一步推动针灸疗法在肿瘤治疗中的应用。
英文摘要：
With the changes of style and rhythm of life, the incidence of cancer in China is increasing year by year, and it is gradually becoming a public health problem, and worthy of attention. Now, treating cancer often need to invest a greater amount of social medical resources, whether benign or malignant tumors. Treatment of cancer includes surgical, radiotherapy and chemotherapy showed satisfactory effects. But there are more serious adverse reactions or side effects. In recent years, with the intervention of TCM and the change of understanding of cancer treatment, more and more doctors and patients realize the importance of TCM on tumor. And the efficacy of acupuncture has gradually been recognized by doctors at home and abroad. In this paper, the clinical literatures of acupuncture on cancer in recent 10 years were reviewed; and the effects of acupuncture on clinical symptoms, postoperative adverse reaction and complications were summarized and reviewed, to explore and tap the application value of acupuncture. At the same time, some problems of acupuncture were briefly discussed, to promote the application of acupuncture.
