目的了解临床分离的表皮葡萄球菌的耐药状况,指导临床合理用药。方法采用琼脂倍比稀释法,按2009年美国临床实验标准委员会(CLSI)指导原则判读结果,并采用SPSS 13.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 113株表皮葡萄球菌中,在各类标本中的分布以痰及呼吸道分泌物最多为38.94%。药物敏感试验结果表明,表皮葡萄球菌对青霉素及苯唑西林耐药率最高(90%以上),其次为红霉素(68.4%-76%)及克林霉素(63.2%-70.7%),对利福平及碳青霉烯类的美罗培南及亚胺培南较为敏感,耐药率分别为(13.3%-15.8%)、(5.3%-31.6%)和(4%-10.5%),对万古霉素和替考拉宁的敏感率为100%。结论表皮葡萄球菌的耐药情况严重,总耐药率较高,临床应根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗菌药物。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Staphylococcus epidermidis(SE) stains collected from First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University 2008~2009 in order to guide the clinical rational administration.Methods Agar diffusion test was used to analyze the changes of drug susceptibility of SE in First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University 2008~2009.The resistant rate(R%),intermediate rate(I%) and susceptibility rate(S%) of drugs were calculated according to the criteria in guidelines of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI,2009).Results In 113 strains of SE,respiratory secretions showed a highest distribution of 38.94% in various types of specimens.Drug resistance rate of 113 SE to penicillin and oxacillin was more than 90.0%,which was the highest among all selected antimicrobial agents.The next was erythromycin(68.4%~76%) and clindamycin(63.2%~70.7%).It displayed sensitive to rifampicin and carbapenems which contain meropenem imipenem.The drug resistance rate was(13.3%~15.8)%,(5.3%~31.6)%,(4%~10.5)%,respectively.But its sensitive rate was 100% to vancomycin and teicoplanin.Conclusion SE showed a serious situation about drug susceptibility,antimicrobial agents should be used rationally in clinic according to the results of susceptibility test.
